WELCOME TO MY STUDIO IN THE PINES.

ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF AND MY CRAFT.

I have been a potter for over forty years. During this time I have taught pottery both in Los Angeles and Spokane.

Shows where I have exhibited my work include ArtFest and Art On The Green. I was also awarded a scholarship to study pottery at Arrowmont in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

After taking time off from pottery to raise my family I have resumed my work with clay and I built my studio in the pines of the Pacific Northwest countryside.

Currently I am enjoying creating sometimes quirky and funny collages on thrown and slab built pottery using transfers, underglazes. glazes, stamps, slip and sgraffito.

My favorite creative activity is making transfer collages on slab or thrown pieces.
